Beazer Homes has recently presented to the Villages of Southport HOA our initial concepts for development plans. Beazer Homes is working with the City of Orlando to on a community development located on the former Orlando Naval Training Center (NTC) McCoy Annex. This community will offer homebuyers a mix of home choice options surrounded by planned green spaces, elevated amenities and a host of beautiful streetscapes you will be excited to call home.

The City of Orlando Municipal Planning Board unanimously recommended approval for Southport's PD rezoning and phase 1 Master Plan on April 16th, 2024. The next step will be the first reading of the PD ordinance at City Council in June.
